What does incite do?
incite is a technology company that improves healthcare operations with AI. We build solutions the length of the operation — from the payer's back office to the point of care — helping healthcare organisations transform digitally and put AI to work against clear ROI and metrics. In practice that means conversational agents, voice agents, spatial and location intelligence, and document and knowledge systems. We work as the build team, from the first assessment through to the system running in production.
Who is incite for?
Healthcare operators. Payers and insurers, pharmaceutical distributors, hospital and clinic groups from single sites to multi-brand networks, and pharma and medtech teams — plus partners building on top of our systems. We work with the people accountable for how the operation actually runs, not just its software.
Where does incite operate?
We are based in Singapore and Jakarta, and we build for the Indonesian healthcare value chain. Every surface we ship is available in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
What does “the healthcare value chain” mean?
Care doesn't live at a single point. It runs from the payer's back office, through the operational backbone of documentation, commerce, and spatial intelligence, to the point of care itself. incite builds at every link rather than at one of them.
Who founded incite?
incite was founded by Sharul Sonthalia, Raydi Tjuandi, and Ermano Winata. Between them: clinic operations at Mayapada Group, hyperscale cloud at Amazon Web Services, marketplaces at Tokopedia, and insurtech at PasarPolis — with degrees from MIT, Columbia, UCLA, and Seattle University. They ran these businesses before they built software for them.
Do you work with the systems we already run?
Yes. We build into your existing stack rather than replacing it — hospital and clinic information systems (SIMRS), SATUSEHAT, the WhatsApp Business API, and the finance, commerce and scheduling tools already in the operation. Where an integration doesn't exist yet, building it is part of the engagement.
